Every night my wife makes me sleep on the floor and lets the dogs sleep on the bed with her. When I asked her why she said that they kept her warmer than I do. How can I make her understand that the floor is cold and hard?

I think there is more than that going on, buy a electric blanket, cuddle with your wife, maybe right now your wife is getting more affection from the dogs than she is getting from you. Tell her no, that you are going to sleep on the bed, I could not imagine not sleeping in a bed with my husband, he is a much better cuddler than dogs. You tell her the floor is hard and cold and if you don't like sleeping in a bed with me then you can sleep on the floor. I mean you need to communicate what is bothering you as she does to.

How low is your self esteem that you sleep on the floor and let dogs sleep in YOUR bed? Dude, get some balls and remember, you are a HUSBAND, not a damn child. What kind of wife would even tell her husband to sleep on the floor, anyways?!!! You don't need to convince her of anything! Get in the bed and push the damn dogs on the floor. IF she is so cold, tell her to stop being a cold-hearted ***** and maybe she would warm up.

I don't know whether you're being serious or not, but if so, that is HORRIBLE.
You're an equal to her, and those dogs are NOT. I understand that maybe you're trying to make peace in the home by not disputing this craziness of hers, but it's time that you put your foot down!
As my stepmom has always told me, you have to choose your battles wisely. If it's a "battle" that's needless and will only cause more harm in the relationship, maybe it would be good to think about letting it go. But I'd say in this case, this would be one of those battles I'd be willing to fight as long as I had to.
Blessings on your marriage, by the way. I really hope some healing comes of this.

This is obsurd...why would you let her treat you like this. For God's sake either tell her to sleep on the floor with dogs, turn up the heat, or get her a really warm blanket!

Tell her it's your bed and the dogs sleep outside from this moment on and if she dosent like that you can get rid of them but from this moment one it's your bed and the dogs are dispositional!

After that you should have some lavage to bargain and make her see that the dogs don't belong in the bed at all!

Hmmmm. Why don't you ask her to spend a night on the floor and you take the bed. Tell her the dogs can keep her warm.

This is crazy. It's your bed too. If she doesn't want to sleep w/ you then get your own room or something. You have to have some self respect man! Plus where does this put you in your marriage???
