so so sit back and relax. So... on Friday, Britney appeared at a San Fernando Valley (outside of Los Angeles) tattoo parlor with absolutely no hair. I saw the news video, which showed Britney waiting to get a tattoo on her wrist of a pair of pink and red lips.
