Yes and no. I mean if you are "mentally handicapped" you can't be the president of the united states even if you wanted to be. But if you have all the capabilities and fight for what you want to believe sure you can be what you want. Just believe in yourself.

Unfortunately...No. Lots of jobs have physical requirements that everyone just can not meet. ie..a model must be 5'8", Someone who is colorblind can not fly a jet or captain a boat, someone flat-footed can not be in the military. All things that you can not change.

I believe you can. You can do anything if your willing to do the work that is required to get there. "where there is a will, there is a way". Nothing is really impossible unless you make it so.
