This graphics card will work, but not well. That version is the very low end spectrum of the current generation of graphics cards.
My suggestion would be to go to the game manufacturers website and check out the minimum requirements to run the game.

Simple....no, it's far too slow to enjoy the game. (note it's the card on the bottem of the chart).
