MY EXPERIENCE IS THAT YOU REALLY NEVER 'GROW UP' YOU ARE THE SAME PERSON YOU JUST GET OLDER. I AM THE SAME AS I WAS WHEN I WAS 17 JUST A LITTLE SMARTER. YEA I SAID A LITTLE!!! YOU JUST LEARN THROUGHOUT LIFE WHAT BATTLES TO FIGHT AND WHAT TO LEAVE ALONE. PEOPLE TOO. YOU ACQUIRE SOME KIND OF 'RADAR' THROUGHOUT YOUR JOURNEY IN LIFE. Physically I think it is a must.
But, as long as you have a heart full of youth you will always be young, even if your body is changing, you still feel as healthy and young as always.
Always keep in mind that youth is in the heart.
