Turkey is now Israel's best friend in the middle east
they perform military exercises together

Israel has more nukes than Great Britain 200 vs 140
USA has nuke in Turkey aimed at Tehran and Moscow

The only other friends are ruthless dictators in Pakistan and Egypt
the others you mentioned are in American hands $$$

if all countries in the Middle East were Democracies
Israel and the USA would not have one single friend
all their present friends are bought and paid for
when the money runs out
so does the friendship
how sweet is that???

Turkey and only Turkey. Turkey and Israel are slipping apart, but they shared common interests for decades as US allies in the Cold War.
The problem today is the Turkey-US alliance is strained. So the common interests are not as strong as they were in the past, but still, Turkey recognizes Israel diplomatically, and the two nations are fairly cordial.

The US? Jordan and Lebanon are most moderate. Egypt is also officially at peace. The Gulf states and Maghrebi states are probably not and nor is Syria or Iran. Iraq is influenced by Iran so probably not them. And not the Palestinians.
