Try putting a bit of grey eyeshadow under your eyes and some face powder in a very light shade on your face to make you look washed out like a druggy.

Hmmmmmm, Pot is not the "drug" to be on if you want a dramatic look, that would be Meth or crack.
Anyway, bloodshot eyes for sure. A little puffy under the eye, don't overdue it as pot smokers usually look happy and relaxed with a little read eye. Your movements may be relaxed if you've been drinking while smoking. Since getting high only lasts a short time the greasy hair, no bath thing is not from the pot but just cause the persons a slob. Guys that smoke want to screw, girls generally want to play grab as* but not screw (that's what coke is for).
By the way, you can't smoke weed constantly, all it does if you overdue it is to give you a headache and make you sleep. Pot is not really harmful but of course any drug, even Tylenol, if taken while driving or working can have disastrous effects. You should do the drunk or meth person, pot is just not that big a deal. More than 60K people in the US get high on pot regularly.

Lots of laughing greasy hair and slouching is going too far you would be smoking marijuana not cocaine heavy eyes lot of munching on food she can even have a significant weight gain because you crave junk food when you smoke

lol dumbass-that will make ur hair stick up everywhere and make u look like a hobo
but the bags under they eyes will help alot
and talk really slow and kinda act stoopid

Generally weed smokers don't have their addiction showing in their physical appearance like heroin or crack. I would just go with a messy appearance: un-brushed hair, wrinkled clothes, basically just disheveled and disorganized.

only keep your eyes 75% of the way open while giving a "i dont give a crap" look, and that should do the trick, also leave your mouth just slightly open

You can always buy special contacts. If u were glasses they work good but if you don't they have a kind 4 ppl with good eyes.

Dress in the dirtiest clothes you can find and act as though you're extremely stupid but you think you're the smartest. Practice being very lazy and unmotivated; move about slowly and listlessly. Marijuana will do all that to you, and more.
