speaking only about male physique (i'm male but i have empirical evidence on what female find physiqually attractive) the following is most important in order of importance i.e. girls look first at
1) Height (the taller the guy the more attractive he is period)
2) facial features (symetry and handsome features)
3) eyes (the eyes are very important they come as third)
4) hands (important are they clean, nails well groomed, no traces of biting skin or fingernails)
5) behind (firm and small rear are perceived as sexy by most women)
6) body shape (not really important but some evidence suggests that females tend to be slightly more attracted to toned and mildly muscled physique then to fat or skinny guys)

I like guys or are over 5'8 and have broad shoulders and nicely built chest. Doesn't have to be buff per se. Just a broad, well structured upper build.

i love those "hip cuts" (for lack of a better term) that fit men have. i find it extremley sexy. i also like the happy trails that lead to the goods.

I love it when a guy has a trail of hair leading to his little soldier. Its sexy...oh...and when a guy trims too!

i like guys who are really toned, or not.
i like guys who are really tall, and also cuddly.
i also like really skinny guys. and guys who wear glasses, or guys who don't wear glasses.
i love it when they smile and their eyes and cute noses.
and some boys have amazing hair...
short necks aren't sexy...
