Mine was back in elementary school. Eight people were chosen out of my class to go to a speech competition (and I was one of them unfortunately) and one day at school for chapel these people including me gave our speeches as practice for the competition. So I'm on the stage giving my speech...when I suddenly forget it! I just stood onstage rocking back and forth on my feet playing with the hem of my dress not saying a word. This lasted a good 45 seconds, and then the audience just randomly started clapping. I ran offstage crying my eyes out, and this woman who forced me to be in the speech competition made me go back onstage and finish the speech. Turns out that my particular speech didn't even have to be memorized for that competition!! I never, ever forgave her for being irresponsible and not reading through the speech guidelines. I was humiliated in front of my whole school for absolutely no reason.

Mine was at a skating rink. There was a band playing at the center of the rink.
Suddenly I perform an unintentional dive to the ice! My coach yelled, "Are you okay?" from the other side of the rink. The band guitarist stopped playing and asked if I was all right, so obviously, the whole band was looking at me. In fact, every single person in the skating rink was staring at me as I was "attempting to go swimming" on the ice.
I never went ice skating ever since.

2nd year of high school.. Thank God it was a class with ONLY nice people and good friends. The place where the teacher stood, was a step up than the rest of the class!
I was sitting on the front row, right before it, so, when I stood up to go to the bathroom, I tripped and fell in front of the class.
Everyone, including the teacher and me laughed our butts off, and out I went, almost in tears from all the laughing.. so, when I come back, I think everyone is going to be staring at me and laughing at me again. So, I get into the class, looking to the students, not to my front. So, what happens? I miss the step and fall again! Needless to say, we didn't watch the rest of that class. Every time the teacher tried to start again, everyone would laugh and the whole class would laugh along!

It was really embrassing but when i was in 6th grade i was sitting in Language arts and i was leaning back on my chair well all of a sudden my chair falls backwards and i fall off but the worse part is i was wearing a dress that day and so everyone in the classroom saw my underwear even my crush, now i never lean back in my chair.

me and another girl were playing tag and she was it. Well, she went to grab me but got my pants instead and pulled them down. there i was exposed on the play ground. I was 10.

the desks are atached to the chairs at my school and my friend pushed my foot got stuck on the little basket where the books are and i tripped and fell on my butt
