Ok I have a Kingston memory card for my computer and i need help getting it to come up on my screen all it does is make that noise and then doees nothing.I also have the problem once I got it up one time and i tried to put data on it,is say something like active word lock.Also i have emachines and at the bottom where you but the memory card in it has two spots and i do not know what one to put it in. Does anyone have any idea what is wrong if you know can you please walk me throught it(i have alot of problem lol).Thanks

Either slots will work Does not matter which one. If you can't get it to pull up then click on MY COMPUTER, CONTROL PANEL - and you should see it listed as an additional drive. Then double click on that. This should open the file and allow you to modify, move, or transfer any Data you wish.

You may have to add it as new hardware. If you don't have the disk, do a search on the website of the brand your USB is OR try looking for it at Download.com BUT try the first advice FIRST.....

Its a plug and play device and should be recognized as soon as you plug it in. The first time it will take a couple minutes to auto install the drivers. Look under the my computer tab and you should see a removable drive listed. Copy and paste files to your heart consent.

first of all, you can have that installed from Bestbuy orCompUSA for 30 dollars. If you have plugged into right spot you add a hardware from control panel. but don't waste too much time.

Plug it in, listen for the fing-fong, and go to my computer. You'll see it there.
