i personally think tracy mcgrady is better than because when he dunks he makes big impact!!

I'll just rank them for you.
1. Kobe Bryant - even if you're not a Laker fan, you'll be amazed with his talent and what he can do.
2. Carmelo Anthony - in a few years time (and with some earnest defense) he can be one of the greats. He can shoot 3s, post up and penetrate.
3. Allen Iverson - his team reached the Finals in 2001. He was great back then under LB's system.
4. Tracy McGrady - he's on the decline because of his injuries.
5. Shaquille O'Neal - Big Daddy is really big and dominant.

The best all around player.... Kobe Bryant. And here's why.
Offense: One on one, splitting 2 defenders, passing out of double teams, creating space for other players, no look behind the back passes that suprise everyone sometimes even the receiver of the pass, 3pt shooting, free throws under pressure, 4th quarter go to guy. Oh and he can dunk with the best of them.
Defense: Hard to get around, fast hands, gets into passing lanes, when he is stolen from, he hustles back on defense, and he's hard to beat one on one. Few players have the speed to do it.
I think if you would have considered Nash and Dirk in the list, it might have been a contest, but from the names above... Kobe.

unlike the last 2 ill actually answer out of the list of people you have not other people. Kobe is the best player there because shaq and mcgrady are to injury prone, and iverson and carmello have not shown that they can win as of yet.
