I think it's muscles squeeze it and compress it, it digests the nutrients from the body and then it spits out the bones.

They don't regurgitate bones like owls do - so people poop is correct.
Could you do the experiment for us? Fasten recording and broadcasting equipment to your body, then get swallowed by an anaconda. We'll monitor the transmissions from a safe distance. An anaconda crushes its victems to death, mainly suffocating the victem by squeezing tighter every time the victem breaths out. Once its eaten the prey, it simply digests in the snakes gut. passes though the digestive tract, though the small and large intestine and it deposited as faeces.

It digests it as peristalsis (muscle contraction) moves it down the body until it poos out anything it couldn't digest...
