If it were me, I'd get up, get dressed, and walk to a local super market and buy some yummy ice cream, then I'd go home take a nice hot shower, put on some nice warm jammies (pj's), put in a good movie and snuggle up on the sofa with my ice cream and Mellow out for the rest of the day.
