I think it depends on what type of a mood I am in. And it also depends if the people around me are using racial slurs that are directed towards my race. If someone of my same race uses a racial slur it doesnt actually bother me, but when I hear other races saying it,, i get a little pissed.
I actually say something to people of another race if they use a slur that is directed towards my race and nationality. People should becareful when they speak... you never know who's listening and how they will perceive what is being said.. and even worse.. the reaction.

Yes, any time people show their ignorance that way I'm bothered and offended. I feel when people use these kind of slurs others will take it as a representation of how that race feels about another in general. It slanders both races.

YES!! I often wince a little bit. I hate it! Then again I do not know how to confront my family. I say something to my Mom and she has stopped, but my cousins are the worst! I sometimes just walk away and they get the jest.

Yes, they do bother me. I've never had anybody throw one at me. It does show a lack of respect and ignorance. There's already too much hate in the world.

Does anybody have any solid white jokes i can throw again at them. i understand i'm white yet they want to make certain the way it feels to be made relaxing of basically because of stereotypes. Grr. Now i'm basically mad.

Sometimes like if I hear a black man call another black man the n word. And I know it is a greeting between them but if I was to call my white friend the same word I would be labled racest....It bothers me the word should not be ok one way and not another.

Yeah, because it makes me remember that there is still a vast amount of ignorant, or just hateful people around, and I think enough people have done enough to stop racism, and its all being taken for granted.
