It looks like an eye ball, a tongue, a piece of his jaw, hair, and half an ear. I can't really tell either.

Me & my friend, when it came out on tape, studied that scene over & over again and couldn't figure it out. Bits of hair, teeth possibly, we even thought maybe an ear at 1 time. I'd really like to know too.
