My grandmother, mother, sister, and
my daughter are all named Mary.
It means...Bitter....It's like the joke
Break a leg in show biz...we say
isn't that bitter, when we mean sweet.
So there are a lot of people in our family
with names that mean the opposit of how
we feel about the person.

Not really, some names have sad meanings, and I think I would avoid those, but names like my name have no real meaning, I don't think that means I am a non-person though.

My name (Brianne) means "strong" and my boyfriend's name (Chad) means "warrior" and considering that we were both outcasts in school and were both hurt by love before and went through a lot to find each other, i'd say our names are suiting.

my name is "Ryan" and it means "king" which is funny considering im a girl.
my brother's names are James meaning "gardens man," Brian meaning "noble," and David meaning "beloved."
My parents said that they always wanted a large family of sons and one daughter to balance the three out. I hated have a guy's name until i got into highschool, where it sounded pretty cool to me.
