OK pay close attention. It is based on weight.
The Infant Tylenol has less per volume than the children's.
According to my wife's chart {She is an RN}
80mg {milligrams} / .08ml dropper full
for a
4-11 month old weight range of 12 to 17 pounds 1 dropper full = .08ml

For a child 12-23 months 18-23 pounds 1 and1/2 droppers full .08 + .04

A child 24 -35 pounds 2 droppers full .08+.08 = 1.6.

Remember these are infant drops! It is NOT based on age but on weight of the child!

If you use the elixir 160mg/5ml it is

1/2 teaspoon for 12-17 pound baby,
3/4 for 18-23 pound baby,
1 teaspoon for 24-35 pound baby.
The weight of the child is what matters not the age!

She should be fine by tomorrow! Just give her the tylenol as long as you feel she's hurting, and she may even run a slight fever with the shots, but all should be OK by about this time tomorrow night. And remember, in two seeks, she won't BE 2 months old any longer, she'll be old enough to handle the next round of shots. So just love her tonight, hold her if that's what she wants, and congrats on your new family!!

Should have given the baby 0.8. But b/c it's not your baby, there's really nothing you can do, but tell them that's not the proper dose & that you're just trying to help, not be nosy.

It's not your kid, so it's not your place to worry about it. The amount doesn't go by age, it goes by weight so that very well could be the right amount. My daughter's dose is 1.2 mL so that sounds about right.
