I've been on birth control since last spring. I started taking One A Day Women's vitamens last Friday (I've taken 3 of the vitamins so far). For a few days (2 days) I've had the constant feeling of being full even tho I hardly eat, chest pains, and stomach aches. Could this just be me getting sick or could it be something with the vitamins I started? Does the B/C have anything to do with it? I don't eat well to begin with. That's why I started the vitamins. But I don't know if I should keep taking them if they're causing me chest pains and somach aches. What do you think it is? Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

I think you better quit taking them until you talk with your doctor, You said that you are having chest pain and stomach aches. Maybe it is heartburn or what they call GERD. Some medications have to be taken with milk or food to prevent stomach problems. Either way I hope that you check with your doctor or at least call your pharmacist for more assistance.

I doubt the vitamins are causing this but to be safe stop taking the one a day and see if the pains quit. If they quit then start taking them again and see if the pain starts back up. You would be better off though finding a brand that is better absorbed by the body so you get more out a vitamin since that is why you take them.

It's possible that something in the vitamins is the problem. Your body can have a reaction any time you have too much of anything. The best thing to do is stop taking them for several days and see if your symptoms go away.

Vitamins make me feel bad. I can't take them.

This isn't related to the vitamins---unless you're taking them on an empty stomach. They need to be taken with food.
There are no bad interactions in using BC and vitamins at the same time.
You could be getting sick.

You need to take your vitamins with food. Alone, away from food will give you the stomach aches you describe. QED.
