we r 8 months married and i was wearing that sexy black corset set with makep up and candles everywhere when eh saw we he said oow u look nice then he gave me his back went to the kitchen AND PREPARED DINNER for him !!!!!!!! he is a good husband we love eachother BUT WHY he did this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY WHY WHY i wanna know im so disappointed, i changed my clothes and went to sleep.

You need to learn how to TALK to your husband about situations like this. You had some expectations that if you dressed, did the candles and did the makeup that it would all play out a certain way. Then, you expected him to KNOW what you were thinking and respond to your preparations in certain ways, without you telling him anything, because he's just supposed to read your mind. If you TELL him, it will spoil the effect.

Here's why it did not work:
- Men do not read women's minds. Not at all. They are very visual creatures and appreciate things like this, but their responses are not usually of the "happily ever after" variety.
- Good foreplay takes time and communication. You were already dressed for the occasion, all that you had to do was follow him and continue the pursuit. You were disappointed because you gave up too soon.
- You should not have changed clothes. He did not marry you because you own some clothing. The clothing gets his attention but your pursuit is what KEEPS his attention and lets him know what you want. The clothes won't be in the way for very long.
- Sexy clothing just sets the stage and shows interest. It's not the main course. You are. You could have appeared in nothing but a bath towel and the pursuit would still be the most important part of the situation.

Now here is a guy that understands nothing about intimacy. I hate to say this but guys can be really stupid. He is taking you for granted or at the very least think you will always be there no matter what. Communication is everything so sit with your hubby and tell it like it is.

Let him know you feel unappreciated. Let him know how would he feel if he came home all excited that something special happened to him and you just turned your back on him in mid sentence. You have to find some metaphor to make it real for your hubby.

Next time he does something like this to you just have one of your girlfriends to take a picture of you and threaten to put it up on an internet dating site with a caption saying: Real man wanted that knows what to do with a woman dressed like this...

You will be surprised how many guys just to get romance or maybe you understand this now?

LOL, I'm sorry..but I had to laugh.

Some guys don't get it, it wouldn't matter if you hit him over the head with the KY & a porno, he'd still walked away and went to the kitchen.

Let me tell ya, back when my husband and I were first married, I put on this slinky pink outfit, come out ready....

My husband just patted me on the back, walked away. Was I shocked. He told me..."Why'd you put that on, your just going to have to take it off........" (the purpose was for YOU to take it off..you idiot...mumble mumble)

I know it hurts your feelings, it did mine when it happened. And he needs to know it hurt your feelings, sometimes they have other things on their minds than us standing there half naked, and maybe that was one of them moments....

And...some guys just don't get into the sexy lingerie......its just another outfit that gets in the way. BUT..at some point in your married life, I promise he'll come to appreciate it.

Who knows males think differently to females. Maybe ask him what was wrong with him maybe he had a hard day. don't worry to much just try to make the marriage fun. If that happened to me I would feel so humiliated. You tried so hard to be exciting for your husband and he did that to you...shame on him. You need to tell him exactly how his rejection of you made you feel and ask him why he did it. God, most guys would love their wife to be sexy like you are. He obviously doesnt appreciate the woman you are. Dont ignore it, he needs to tell you why,.....and you need to know the reason as well. I bet your self esteem took a huge nose dive when he ignored you like that...I know it would for me and you certainly wouldnt be too quick to try it again. He has done a lot of damage by that one stupid act....confront him on it.

Dang, that's rough!! I feel for ya!! I would talk to him, and let him know he hurt you. Or, you could get him back and start "taking care of yourself" and make sure he knows that is what you are doing, if he is like most men....he will want to participate then...but don't let him. :) it just depends on the relationship you two have though, and what type of guy he is. But either way, you definitely have to let him know that he hurt your feelings!

I think the guy is mental..I would have been all over you like " white on rice". You need to let him know he messed up big time and stepped on his " rudder'. He needs to make this up to you big time. Getting down on his Knees would be a good start...you take it from there.
