It looks like a picture of a chef from minnesota to louisiana. There's a story behind it to help memorize those states. Does anyone know the story behind it or what its called. The hat of the chef is minnesota and louisiana is his boot, he's holding a tray, which is tennessee and chicken which is kentucky.

I have tried searching various places for an answer to your question. It is a real poser.
I must admit I haven't heard of this before.
It very much sounds like a visual aid for children to learn and remember the states names and where they're located.
I did find an interesting school site with a lot of external links to
memory rhymes etc but few of the links worked for me.
