When I edit my web site I get text like this " Â Other sites " What is up with the "A"? I get this in several different locations through out the text. I am using NVU. Is there any good sources out there that help with managing the Cpanel and controls of a website? I am a little new and only have basic experience with HTML.

basically, you're going to want to strip out all the MS word formating... like fancy quotes... and use replace with the regular quotes on your keyboard...
single and double quotes are the biggest cause...
