its much more prefered to run XP, ok they say you need 128 MB of RAM to run XP, but you really need 256 MB or better yet 512.
preferally 1 ghz of processor speed and 40 gigs of hard drive.

Yes, its just a simple upgrade, but you must have the requirements or it wont work well. Check the microsoft webpage in the sources box below for details. Vista Baby, YEAH!

Yes you can. Do you have at least 128 MB Ram and a 20GB hard drive? If you do then you can.
