One of my friend has charged with felony, and he is not a US citizen, He is from German, now, whats his likelyhood of gettig deported? Is the INS gonna come get him or he can stay and finish his undergraduate here? What would be your suggestion?

Well I know of a girl who was from Honduras she got a drug charge. She was deported.

Is he guilty? If he's guilty, he'll go to jail or be deported. If he's innocent, he'll get to stay. From the sounds of your question, I'll be he's guilty.

continue with his studies. it is probably cheaper tuition even free to take college courses from prison. he will probably miss commencement but he will get a free ticket back to the fatherland
