mine is when im in the tuband i put my back on the ground and legs up and let the water run it feels amazing!

I saw the birth of my grandson and the best feeling I ever had was seeing my son cradling his baby. It brought tears to my eyes I knew I had taught him well when I saw him loving his own son.

That is pretty nice, for physical feeling.
Emotionally, I would have to say seeing my daughter after she was born.
Physical for me would have to be...romantic intimacy with my husband where there is a lot of 'before', and cuddling 'after'.
