I just got a rebate check but unfortunately it has my son's name on it but the address is mine. my son doesn't have a checking account because of school grants and everything. is there a way i can deposit this check into my account? if not, what is a good place to cash the rebate check?

If you have your son endorse the check,(in other words legally give it over to you), by signing the back of the cheque, you can then deposit it into your account.

I'm taking two vacations this year - I leave for mexico saturday night/sunday morning, and I go to Jamaica in the end of June (although, thats not finalized yet). My rebate check/tax returns are paying for part of that.

Have him endorse the check to you and then you can deposit in your account.
