She lacks respect for you, speak up and let her know how you feel. She should try to spend more time with you, her son and the rest of your family, if you have children, instead of his ex-girlfriend.

I wouldn't care about the money thing so much, she can be friends w/whoever she chooses but I think I would be a bit put out by her choosing to hang out w/my husbands ex while she is visiting you two. I would wonder what the conversations went like too. I suppose you could tell her not to call you ever again but then your playing her game, I would just act like it didn't bother me that she wanted to be w/someone else. Like it is really no big deal what she does. You have the husband and they only have each other, you do the math. lol.

Grow up. Just because her son broke up with the woman doesn;t mean she had to automatically stop liking her as well. The issues that ended the relationship were your husband's and his Ex's issues - not his moms.

So maybe mom wanted ot see someone she thinks of as an old friend - shall we now dump n you for still having male friends even though you are married??

Both you and your husband need to grow up and stop expecting others to feel exactly as you do about someone. It's just ignorant and purely childish.

yes, blow your mom in law off - you do that. I'm sure she'll happily write you both out of her will as well. You sure don't deserve anything from her.

Spoiled adults are MUCH worse than spoiled children.

first of all, do you recognize for a reality that he's stated you in a nasty way, and is your source completely solid??? you recognize that a pair of lips will say something and consistent with hazard, purely perchance somebody informed you some thing through fact they understand which you like this guy or woman and that they decide to debris that up for you. provide him the income, and consult with him on a private point to clean this shrink to rubble and pass on with what would desire to in all hazard be your dream guy. stable success

Wow that is a tough one. She can be friends with who she pleases, but I think that might not be in the best interest of you and your husband. I would confront her before cutting ties with her.

What she did was tacky.
I think I'd be mad at her, too.
And I think it'd be a long time before I called her or asked her over again.

She has her own life, why would you be jealous? Has she known the other girl longer? They must have some sort of common ground.

don't say it, just ignore her a little bit-like not following up in her comments, just nodding or a "yea..." will do. If she asks, tell her, but don't get angry....if she doesn't apologize, then just keep ignoring

Jeez, some MIL's just suck. Mine did (RIP). There's not much you can do with her, I'm just SO GLAD to hear your husband is taking your side. DO NOT LET THAT CHANGE.
