For a guy, I think you girls are lucky that they're the ones that produce the baby within their body when all guys do is delivor a single tad pole like spirm. It's like the baby and all the generations that add to the world is a physical extension of the body. For a guy: am so jelious about that. It's like the women is the Thomas Edison who made the light bulb while the guys is like his assistent who only provided the raw materials. All you lucky mothers out their with your proud beautiful children, I'm not sure how you feel about this, but if I produced a breautiful baby, it would be oragasmic for me see it everyday. What do you think?

Um, orgasmic everyday you say..... Well it is a lot of work and I am not sure if you should have children if you see it as a sexual situation. It is beautiful and amazing but, it is not orgasmic...... I am actually concerned about that satement by you.

I went through a very difficult time carrying and delivering my baby. Lots of health problems. The reason- I ws only 15. But all of that can not ever turn me off of the joy of feeling the baby kick. Its an exciting thing. feeling it from the inside is a whole lot different from feeling it from the outside. Also knowing you did so much to bring your child into the world and not regretting a single part of it or not wishing you could change any of the pain or tiredness that comes with it makes you proud. All of the pain and energy you give away makes you love your child that much more. It is certainly a feeling you cannot describe in words...

While I still marvel at the fact that I had a baby almost 10 months ago, I sure didn't feel the least bit "lucky" at the time. Pregnancy wasn't much fun at all, and labor SUCKED. Some women have a great experience, some women don't. I love my baby and am glad I had him, but I hope to never do it again.

Well i think that women are given a great opportunity to have children but guys just weren't meant to be mothers. Most of the time in the wild the guy animals just knock up a few females and then leave (sometimes not only in the wild...)

i don't think women are lucky like that. many things can go wrong with child birth. of course the process ofm pregnancy can be painful and not fun with morning sickness, but going through labor hurts a lot! and sometimes if the woman can't give birth normally, she may have to have a c-section, which can't be fun. and some people could even die giving birth. just think of that and imagine a guy going through that.

i think its wonderful to think I made a child...however my husband is blessed with three little boys, that look just like him...I am blessed with 40 extra pounds, streach marks and my boobs...well after nursing all three boys, they will never be the same.
that said, I loved being pregnant, I loved child birth. I did it drug free and I have felt so empowered...something so womanly...something only I could do. Even slightly overweight, an never able to wear a bikini again, the kids planning and screaming in the background...I wouldnt change anything...its wonderful.

Absolutely --- We are blessed... blessed beyond any words could do justice. I have a beautiful two year old son and another little one on the way!!! I LOVE carrying around my children. It truly makes me feel like the most amazing person in the world. I am carrying a life! A beautiful life. I still pinch myself when I look at my son and how incredibly beautiful and brilliant he is -- I helped to make him...along with God our creator and his father.
To feel them in your womb, moving around -- and the first moment you lay eyes on them... its a miracle! I love be a woman and a mother!

I would very happily give up 30 years worth cramps, bloating and another 10 years of menopausal issues and osteoporosis in lieu of the joy of child birth!

Yes, I agree, it's a real, live miracle. But then the kids grow up to look like and act like their dad (it's what I say when my kids are acting up!) And if they are girls, they are always Daddy's girls! Mom gets to cook, clean up after, schedule everything (even things for hubby). I appreciate your praise, but I feel like sometimes it's a curse!
