Inuyasha loves Kagome, even though he hated her in the begining of the series. However, Inuyasha was still in love with Kikyou, Kagome's anscestor. As the series progresses, Inuyasha goes through a rough time inside his own mind with his feelings for both Kagome and Kikyou.
As it would be, eventually, Inuyasha forgot his love for Kikyou (and that he should after all the times she tried to drag him to his death and kill Kagome as well).
Inuyasha and Kagome share their first kiss in the second movie.
It was all very sweet.
So, to answer your questions simply, Inuyasha loves Kagome as of the end of the anime series.
*I haven't read the manga series recently. There are many different side stories, or fillers if you will, in the manga that are not in the anime.*

wow, u tell me. I think he's still in love with Kagome's ancestor who tried to kill inuyasha. gos, i forgot her name- she looks EXCATLY like Kagome. He still in love with her.
