does any one know who sells decent fakes? and not crazy expensive either.

Chicago Police are really cracking down on prosecuting bar owners, liquor store owners, etc.
Instead of going that route....if you live in Chicago call 311 and be part of the crackdown. Chicago PD are looking for underage kids to do undercover buys to lock up these morons. I think you have to be over 16. Call and check it out. It would be more fun than going out and getting drunk.

I have picked up some novelty IDs at science fiction conventions. I have a Soviet KGB id, and you can get Babylon 5 or Star Trek IDs.

there is no such thing as a decent fake. the person selling you alcohol could go to jail for selling to a minor. Even clerks at convenience stores are trained to spot the fake id's. would it be worth it? NO
