I want to go get a vibrator for the 1st time but i don't know what to get or how to use it.. i don't want something huge, just something that will get the job done for me.. which is better a dildo or vibrator??

Well, a dildo is a soft and flexible that is shape like a penis and is great for vaginal intercourse, where as a vibrator is for stimulating the clitoris or outside of the vagina because it vibrates and feels great. Since a female orgasm generates from stimulation to the clitoris, you should get a vibrator. This will offer quick and powerful orgasm! If you've never had penis inserted in your vagina (or anus) then you should probably start out with a sensible, average sized beginner vibrator/dildo. I went through the same thing you went through when I bought my first (and only) vibrator. I didn't want something big or expensive. So, I went into the adult store with my boyfriend (it felt better with him there), and I looked at the lower priced ones. a dildo doesn't move, hence the name vibrator. You're best bet is to get a bullet... a small vibrating egg, placed on the little man in the boat...does the trick. If you find that lacking you might wish to try a vibrator.

Both are good depending on what you're looking for. A vibrator of course has more sensation but a dildo will last longer and doesn't require batteries. They come in different lengths, girths, colors and texture. Visit a local sex shop or goodvibrations.com, they have a large selection.
As far as what size will be good for you, I would go for what you're used to sexually or smaller..anything larger you might find uncomfortable.

depends on your taste. I say, for the first time, get something small, like one of those 4 inch vibrators..mostly made for stimulation but can be used internally. They will def. get the job done. - spencers has those 4 inchers
The Rabbits are also great for doing both jobs at once but make sure to take the batteries out after ever use lol
