I thinki it would cut down on the spread of AIDS but it just might encourage more sex.

For.
Saying it would promote more sex is like saying we shouldn't provide birth control to those in Africa because they should be chaste.
If they are going to do it, it might as well be safe.

Against. It isn't the public's duty to make sure that prisoners are practicing "safe" sex. There are better ways to spend public funds.

Tottally for the stop of AIDS spreading, one thing that would suck more than jail would be getting aids while in it.

My GOD! Are you that naive? Most of the 'sex' in prison is RAPE. You think these rapists are going to put on a condom? You are so dumb.
And AIDs in prison is not a major problem.

I don't think they should have sex in prison.
and usually it is not consensual sex so... it's unlikely they would put one on
