Hirer some security guards. Become friends with the security guards.LOL. Just playing.
Just be yourself and you will be fine. (I would still lock up my doors at night)

Not everyone in the ghetto is evil as you're implying so that you cannot make friends. Look for someone who seems innocent and kind and become his friend. To protect yourself, be friendly to people and don't cause trouble.

Honestly, dont take ****. Stand up for yourself. Like if someone is a dick to you and calls you out, make sure to speak up and defend yourself. If others see that you are a push over, you will be a target for them. Be yourself and atempt to make friends though, maybe at school. No one says that you ahve to have friends in your neighborhood, but you should be able to make some friends there at school. Good luck.

Haha.. i dont think you have to protect yourself ..well i guess that just depends on who you mess around with.. just dont get into anyones face or business but try and make some new friends im pretty sure not all of them are they way you think they might be...
