Men because they lie and cheat more often. They are dis-ingenuousness about their intentions and compliments (no being nice to someones face and talking smack isn't polite or sensitive). It might be woman because men do such a good job of not showing emotions or saying anything when we hurt them. Men are much more sensitive about the weirdest things. Men can do the same things. When someone asks for an honest rating that's what they're going to get. People who don't cheat or commit crimes are decent, woman don't do those things either is decent. Being social and engaging and attractive make someone attractive.
