demand of nursing profession?

Globally, nursing is in high demand, because the population as a whole is aging and growing rapidly. I would think the demand would be high in the Philippines also, because so many nurses there choose to go abroad to earn more money. But the working conditions might not be the best. I've been to Davao, but don't know anything about nursing there.
