Hi, I completely missed my period last months. I had headaches, and dizzyness. Then this month it lasted for a day. Could that have been implatation bleeding? I didnt even feel it come on as I normally do? I took a test last month but it came back negative. But now could it be?

Could have been. Take another test now, if it's negative then you probably just skipped a month. If happens to everyone at least once.

If you missed your period last month and took a test a week or two after you missed your period your probably not pregnant. Don't stress about it to much either thinking your pregnant can make you feel like your pregnant and cause you to miss and spot. I was reading somewhere once that you will only have a few spots of blood right before your period or right around when its suppose to start, like light pink or red, but shouldn't have any cramping. I would try another test or go to the doctor, it could be something else and should be checked out. Goodluck!

If you are trying to conceive there is a strong possibility that you could be pregnant. I know how difficult it can be to wait when you sincerely want to be pregnant. Our expectation can cause us to misinterpret our symptoms. The best thing you can do is relax rest and hope for the best. You will soon have your answer.Good luck

It could have been. Have you been having sex? then YES you could be preggers! Take a test! Good luck

take a pregnancy test again you never know you might be pregnant.
