MAYBE YOU HAVE A POP UP BLOCKER, IF SO GO TO CONTROL PANEL, NETWORK AND INTERNET CONECTIONS THEN INTERNET OPTIONS, THEN PRIVACY AND DISABLE THE POP UP BLOCKER.

IF THAT ISNT IT THEN I DONT KNOW HOW TO HELP YOU

just check if u have turned the pop up blocker on, if u meant to ask in the internet explorer. Just go to Tools-->PopupBlocker--> Turn On Popup Blocker

If you are talking about Battlefield 2 then you should update and get v1.3 v1.3_1.4 incremental and v1.41. There ya go. Unless that is not the game.
