You can find evidence if you look for the so called real causes such as lycanthropy and porphyria . The first one is a mental illness that makes the sufferer hallucinate and the second one gives the sufferer the physic characteristics that we know + hallucinations.

*Thinks*see for all you know lotes of mythical creatures could be still alive but use shifting to hide there true forms. The only way to find out who or what they truely are you would have to get to know one. I know sevral links i could give you, but that would be past my packs better judgement,and just not a gd idea.
Soemtimes if you belive there real they could be as a scientific reaoning, yes there is a way possible, for a human to change into a vamp or were wolf.

Yes, I can help. People who got sick with "rabies" after having been bitten by a sick dog. They looked enraged and very sick with the symptoms of a sick dog and felt like biting other people. It became the legend of the werewolves. I think this is evident.
Few people have rabies this days.

Yes they are real, its just a matter of them not wanting you to find them, that's what makes people believe there not real. Look how many cultures world wide have similar stories.
