Willis Reed of the Knicks was MVP of the 1970 regular season, all star game, AND playoffs.

Yes, Jordan MVP in 1998 for both.
Interestingly, Willis Reed is the only basketball player named MVP of the All-Star Game, regular season, AND playoffs in the same year. He did it in 1970.

Michael Jordan did it, and I think there are more. He was MVP and All Star MVP in 1988, 1996 and 1998.
I think he was also finals MVP in 1996 and 1998.
