After 4 years of marrige and 1 year of seperation (over which included a divorce), I am proud to say that my ex-hubby and I are back together. I am very curious as to what percentage of divorced couples do end up getting back together, weither by just being together or actually getting remarried.
Anyone have any ideas, or know where to find the answer?

I would try to find a better way to spend my money together...LOL! Like a cruise or something. Good Luck and hope it lasts this time for ya.Not sure what that percentage is though.

That's funny you ask this question. I might be going through a divorce...and you all say YOU THINK...yes because he is threatening to go to an attorney, etc tomorrow. I am really trying to get him to sit down and just talk to me. We have fought before to this degree and have gotten back together, but I'm almost certain if we get a divorce we aren't getting back together

My uncle and aunt separated atleast a dozen times and divorced remarried 3 different times. But now all these decades later they only got together when he got ill. when he healed, they split up again. their both in their 60's now.
But have no idea about ur question. I suspect a very low percentage.

Don't know where to find statistics, but I would guess extremely few. Probably single digit percentages. Anyway, congratulations on being one of the few. I wish you both a wonderful life together.

I don't know how you got back together but I am happy for the 2 of you. My wife just left me and I was devistated. I do not see any way we could get back together. Maybe time heals all wounds...

I really do not know but i think it is pretty low. HOWEVER i wish more would get back together like you and your husband has. You set a great example here and i am proud and happy for you and your husband. This is wonderful:) I really do not know where to find the answer. Maybe Dr Phil would know.
