seriously man, how could you even try to compare the two.
DC hasn't came up with a good movie in forever.
Spider-man 1, 2 and hopefully 3 have raised comic movies to a whole other level.
Fantastic Four was close, Ghost Rider would have been great minus Nicolas Cage's bad acting. But seriously, name me a good DC movie? I fell asleep watching Superman Returns. Batman Returns wasn't much better.

They are both good... Spider-Man 2 was the better movie. Batman Begins was infinitely better than any of the other Batman movies, though... they actually followed the story line fairly accurately, instead of Tim Burton's world of weirdos.
