I dont think you can generalize like that. I walk pretty slowly and I'm white, but I have noticed that alot of the younger blacks (under thirty) walk slower 'cause they have the kind of pants that hang down real low.
By no means am I implying that any race walks slower than another, just pointing what I've noticed.

This is a stupid question b/c it's based soley on opinion. No one has ever done a study on whether whites or blacks walk slower. If you want my opinion I'll give it to you. Your mind works slower than the average human (all races included).

I have seen alot of them jaywalk very slowly ...as if to challenge me to run them over..and it's not a little dirt backroad either; a very busy street.
I have a theory that they walk slow because their pants are so close to falling down and the way they must belt them to keep pants in the lowwwww down is buckling with their belt below the pelvis and thus constricting movement. Lovely bunch I say. I always hope that their pants and their undies do fall down and I can laugh my *** off looking at their now cool butt and them struggling to put them up trying to still act like a cool cat....
