I agree. But only for those in California.

No, they should not be allowed anything for free in this country. If they get sick, oh well! Maybe if they went back home and came here legally, I might be more inclined to allow it. Illegals are sucking us dry. I don't want my hard earned tax dollars to go to paying for a bunch of lawbreakers comforts! That's just crazy!

Trexsky has hit the nail on the head. We don't take care of our own first and that's wrong!

Here's the scoop:

They already have "free" health care, not only in California, but anywhere in the United States. Any hospital with an emergency facility is mandated by our benevolent government to provide care for anyone who seeks it - illegal aliens included.
It's called "The Federal Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act."

It was initiated with good intentions, but unfortunately, the illegal aliens use it for their primary care and it's costing us dearly.

As silly as it may sound, it may be less costly to just give them free health care and get them out of the overcrowded and much more expensive emergency rooms.

I wonder why we don't just enforce the laws we already have on the books, fix them all up - and then deport them? Sounds like a pretty simple solution to me.

You are mistaken it is not free. When will people learn that any time "the government " pays for something it is really you the taxpayer that pays for it. These are the kinds of things that should be put to a vote and let the population decide do you want your tax dollars used to pay for expensive health care for non citizens. England did this years ago and it was a disaster.

It goes this way. I have worked all of my life, alone with 2 kids. Many times having to work 2 jobs in order to survive. I am over 50 now and can't even afford my prescriptions let alone medical care. By the time I do get to a doctor, it will be too late for me. What's wrong with this picture? Why don't the citizens of the good ol USA have "free" medical care? Bump the immigrants, let them go with out like many of us have too. I would like to see some of us Americans go over to a forgien country and ask for free medical! Ha!

This should get people talking!!
I don't' life in California, but I say NO!! Not until my mother who is in her 60's and makes about $8000.00 a year and can't afford insurance and was born here can get free health care. If we want to slow the illegal immigrant pipeline we have to make it less appealing for immigrants to come here illegally and stop the freebies.

Absolutely not, this is an insult and a slap in the face to every American's ancestors who worked their as*es off through famine and disease, and did it the right way by becoming a citizen, paying taxes, and still creating the wealthy capitalist democracy we live in today..

do you think my great, great, great grandparents, who successfully fled from the Ireland potatoe famine that killed over half of Ireland's population, had the luxury of coming to America and not having to pay for taxes, recieving free social security, and recieving free health care?

I dont think so.

so much for a having a democracy in which we reward people through merit..

Welcome to Meximerica...

I don't agree with this. There are so many american's here that don't have health insurance. So its not right for the immigrants to just come over here and get free insurance. They need to do it for everyone, not just for the immigrants. Look at Canada, they have free health insurance for everyone there, and whoever decided to come and leave there. So No I don't agree. We all are struggling

Sure, after they solve the health care woes of the forgotten lower middle class. We do not get paid enough to take insurance and still buy food and pay rent. I sympathize with their worries and woes, but there are citizens that are in need as well and should not be forgotten.

Hell no he's basically including to the problem. the problem? Getting them again to the position they belong. u . s . of america is basically for the persons. What does it take to get people to comprehend that. sufficient is sufficient already. the authorities is wanting them to get more beneficial privileges than our personal has. enable's take care of our homeless, our ill, our unemployed. in the previous we even imagine about giving to the immigrants that our authorities is feeding and sheltering and giving them jobs. i trust in helping persons yet get authentic at the same time as are we going to initiate helping our personal first and proper-rated?
