When you buy something on eBay, the seller sometimes adds on an additional charge for insurance, just in case the item you bought is lost or damaged, you will be insured the value of the item, but you're only insured for how much the seller tells the postal worker how much the items value is. Sometimes insurance on an item is optional. You should see with the seller whether or not it is optional. As far at the 60 gpb, that usually is the amount it would cost in the country that the item is in. Because US currency is different from other countries, it may be more or less than the US currency. If I'm not mistaken, gpb is the abbreviation for England's currency. You best chance is going onto the items pages and see where the item is being sold from. I hope this helps you.

Depends on the person your buying it from. Shipping varies and what it includes varies on the seller..its not a set price.
