I believe it is because of Sting's Christian/Moral beliefs that he didn't go to WWE. Plus he WAS WcW, and if he went to WWE his legacy as that would have been tarnished.

Well, I don't know the exact reason but have you ever watched WWE. However, when WCW was bought out Sting did not even try to change over. He left wrestling for a little while. I also heard Vince didn't want Sting because he was too old, but that can't be true look at Ric Flair, Hulk Hogan, Rowdy Piper, and the rest of the guys I grew up watching. They are all older than Sting. He is by the way my favorite along with Mick Foley

Why would the WWE want Sting? This guy is not only well past his prime, he is extremely boring. As far as Sting not wanting to come to the WWE because of his religious beliefs? Well how hypocritical. If he was so religious he would not be in Wrestling at all. wrestling, no matter what organization it is, is still morally wrong if you are truly religious. So Sting, get off your high horse. You are no better than anyone in the WWE.

I have heard that it was because Vince did not want to put out the money that Sting wanted.
But as far as the religion thing goes, I seriously doubt that. Afterall, did anyone see the tribute to Eddie G after he died, Benoit, HBK, HHH, and a few others were talking about how much God meant in their lives and the lives of Eddie. I am so sure that had nothing to do with it.

Sting thinks Vince has degraded wrestling as a sport. That's why he won't go to the WWE.

Because he knows Vince would have just brought him to clown him and embarass him like he did to all the other former WCW wrestlers like DDP and Goldberg. He also knew that "The Invasion" was little more than Vince McMahon fellating himself by kicking a dead horse.

The official reason is that Sting is a born again christian that wants nothing to do with "Dirty" divas. Did you see Ashley tonite? Sting wants nothing to do with that also Sting and Vince always had their share of problems and uummm by the way I love Sting but hate TNA and want Sting to come to the wwe and HBK could help he is also a born again christian but STing wants to clean up cursing sexual content and other things.

Sting's strong christian beliefs wouldn't mix well with the WWE.
