i need a microsoft coppie of the system file gina.dll to fix my computer issue.....?

..... not going into any detail about the issue, just need a microsoft made coppy of the system file gina.dll and cant find the one i need for some odd reason, in fact.... everything but. for windows xp 98 and thinkpad x40. needs to be from microsoft and this exact file for my system, thats all i need, thanks.
