for day to day wear I use Essie Madomoiselle, Future's French or Intimate. They are all nice shades of pink. If I am bold or want something different Essie Wicked. A gorgeous dark red/brown color that is very dramatic. Usually only wear on my toes most of the time as I love a good french manicure for my hands.

I have dark brown hair and brown eyes, and my skin is very pale. A color that always works for me is "Sheer Innocence" (shade 13) by Revlon:

This almost sheer, light beige shade makes nails look shiny and healthy. It doesn't chip for up to a week after application, and when it finally does chip it isn't noticable. Also, it's not tested on animals and it goes with any look. The key to looking sexy is not trying to look like someone else, but trying to look like YOUR best possible self. A neutral shade will make your nails look shiny, healthy, and groomed. If you want to overplay the diva look, add on a shiny topcoat.

if your nails are short right now dark colors are very in but longer nails need a lighter color to keep from looking like hooker nails. nail color is very subjective wear what you like. wear what you think is sexy
