Over forty and remember your first slumber party?

I'm 48. This is a wonderful memory. A bunch of young girls eating all the junk food we could stuff down our throats, reading comic books and staying up late,under the covers watching horror films, Or calling boys you had crushes on and hanging up as soon as they answered.

All this happened just last week. My court date is in March. Wish me luck.

Oh what a wonderful memory. A bunch of young girls eating all the junk food we could stuff down our throats, reading comic books and staying up late,under the covers watching horror films, and I remember making phony phone calls, it was the days before caller ID. Boy were we bad, it was the days when you would call and say, Do you have Prince Albert in a can, well let him out. Ok, it was funny back then. Or calling boys you had crushes on and hanging up as soon as they answered. Ah,those were the days. I say that as I sit here years later, still eating junk, still under a nice warm blanket, and still watching horror movies, but the movie comes from Netflix, and I can watch it on my own schedule, no commercials, and I don't have to make that phone call to the guy I have a crush on because he is sitting in the chair near the bed I'm sitting on, and he has a wedding band on his left hand; and anyway, I have caller ID, so it wouldn't be fun anymore.
