Hey, I think "3_rd"'s answer is very funny, thank you for the best laugh I have had all day! Anyway, since you asked "where", I am guessing you mean the country, so Canada is north of the contiguous 48 US states. This question (and others) just goes to show why other countries around the globe laugh at us now, because our education system has obviously broken down to almost a point of no return. I learned this in grade school.
