Im 15, weigh 110 and want to add a little musle to my arms. Im curling a 45 lb. bar 45 reps and doing 25 push-ups every other day. Should I be doing more? less? is there any other advice for seeing good results?

Eat more protein and do close to your max weights fewer times.

For building muscle mass, you're doing too low weight, too many reps. You'll gain, but you'll gain faster if you do a weight you can only do sets of 8-10 reps on.

Make sure you eat well, you need plenty of healthy food to grow.
