A poll I saw on NBC today said flat-out that 58% of Americans wish his administration was over. Yeah, I'd say that's a real vote of no confidence. Certainly greater than the (questionable) 51% "mandate" he said he had when he came into office. So I guess his mandate now is to resign.

Polls are the outcome of media picking select people to ask fixed questions. The way the media has twisted so much other news I have come to ignore polls. People must remember Bush was elected because everyone felt HE was the best they had to choose from. Does that say something for the inability of the media to provide a positive image person?? I think so.

President Bush's 38% "support" only represents the motley remaining die-hard Republicans who would stand by him even if he committed murder (which he has, 675,000 in Iraq and against thousands of U.S. soldiers). Bush deserves to be tried in an international tribunal for high crimes against humanity and, if convicted, should be hanged publicly. -RKO-

First of all I can't believe anyone has any trust in pollsters anymore. I know my trust has eroded. Consider the source and who are these pollsters polling? Are they polling in a blue area or a red area? John and Jane Citizen or Dr. Elitist and Prof. Libby. It's just way too easy to make a poll say what you want anymore.

Short answer: Yes
Longer answer: But we don't want Cheney there either. In fact, take Bush's whole camp out of office, and we might be happy.

And this isn't a Liberal Left-Wing thought only. Most of the people I know who want him and his camp out of office are Conservative Republicans.
